In lieu of my fall promotion, Melissa decided to contact me for a family portrait, as well as some other shots. We got together on a beautiful Monday evening over at Merritt Island, and we had a great time. This family was so much fun to work with, and I hope that I get to work with them again in the future. Here a few keepers..
This was a very interesting session for me because it was an engagement, family, and maternity session all rolled into one. Brittany, her fiance and her son met with me over at Morningstar Mill to snap some photos. We had a great time and ended up with some great shots.
I had the extreme pleasure of meeting with Kerri and her beautiful family over in Port Dalhousie last weekend. We ended up with a beautiful evening, just before sunset. The kids had a lot of fun, with the carousel and the park being there, so naturally getting them to sit still proved to be difficult, but we ended up with some great shots. I can't wait to work with this family again. Some favourites..
Mrs. Tanouye contacted me to do a family session for her family as her son made a surprise visit back to Welland from his new home in BC. He was only down for two weeks, so we had to work fast. We had to cancel our first session due to rain, but thanks to Jennifer's sun dance, we ended up with a gorgeous evening on our next attempt. Here are a few of my personal favourites..
It just so happens that Karen is my mother-in-law, and asked me to take some photos of her wedding that took place on a beautiful August day. I was ecstatic to do this. It was fun to get some shots of my own family, especially my kids, and just be in a completely familiar setting. The wedding was small, but it was lovely nonetheless. Here a few of my favourites..
I was asked to photograph Paula and Adam's wedding day back in July. After doing their engagement shots, and getting to know them, I became super excited to be a part of their day. Paula had a smile on her face the entire time, it was so lovely to see two people SO happy and so in love. I had a wonderful time and am thankful that I was asked to be there! Here are a few favourites..
I had the opportunity to meet with Briar and Mark in Port Dalhousie back in July. We had a lot of fun on this shoot -- even got them on the carousel! Needless to say they were pretty much up for anything.. and despite leaving with wet clothes and sandy shoes, it was a wonderful day. Some of my favourites from the session..
